Q1 : What credit cards do you accept? KeenART Media offers many options for our customers to make payment for their purchases. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Checks/Money Orders. You may also pay directly into our bank account or by check. However, this process is normally slower.
Q2 : What happens if I forget my username or password? Your username is the email address you provided when you registered. Forgotten passwords can be retrieved using the "Forgot Your Password?" feature on the Login page here: Lost password
Type in your Username/Email and we'll email your password to you.
Q3 : How long does it take to order a print? Usually 1-3 business days for production and 2-5 business days for shipping.
Q4 : How quickly can I get my order? No-shipping-needed items:
Many of the items you purchase from us do not involve shipping at all and can be picked up from our local art studios. We will send you an email when your order has been processed.
For items that do require physical shipment:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, whether you place your order online or by phone.
Q5 : Do you see my credit card information when I place an order using Paypal? For PayPal methods: No! Our credit card processing company (PayPal) collects your credit card number, billing information, and other personal information. All we receive from PayPal is the amount that you have paid, your name, and email address. We do not keep any credit card details.

Q7 : How do I print an invoice of my purchase? After logging into your account on the My Account page with your username and password, simply follow the links to your invoice history.

Q9 : What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with our products, if you don't love it we'll take it back. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt. The maximum refund per order is $150.00 and customer will pay the shipping fees. |
